Our Angel

Presley is such an awesome baby! She is so content and is even starting to like her daddy again! : ) She can be feisty when something is upsetting her but otherwise, she is very laid-back! She is doing great at night and usually sleeps until I(or her brother!) wake her up at 7:30! She is a very smiley girl and is really starting to watch her brother and smile at him too! We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

Why?

So Landon has been asking "why" for several months now. Today I decided to ask him "why?"

Landon: I want to hit dis goff bawl to da flag.
Me: Why?
Landon: Because I want to!
Me: Why?
Landon: Because I wike it.
Me: Why?
Landon: (Starting to get frustrated) Because....because it's fun!
Me: Why?
Landon: Pwease....pwease don't say "why" again.

Fun week/weekend!

We had a fun week! It started off with a new outfit for Presley from Kelly Jackson! She likes to suck on the ruffles!

But she wasn't a big fan of wearing it with her "bow!"

Later, we met our buddies for some Tex-Mex! Landon & Graelyn are great buds!

Later that day, Presley had a "b0w mishap!" It was too cute so I had to take a picture!

On Saturday, it was time for Autumn's 1st b-day party! Landon and Conner played in the bounce house!

Meanwhile, Presley was all decked out just like the theme for the b-day party (pink & zebra print!) in her bow from Jamie and shoes from M.J.! She was TOO cute!

On Sunday, we went back to the train that we missed last weekend! Landon had to wear his

"Thomas the Train" sunglasses. Don't ask me why but he likes them upside down!

Presley was all smiles too!

On Sunday, Jamie, David, & Sam came over to play and had pizza! Landon LOVES David! We haven't seen them in a while so it was a great night to hang out!

Presley likes to party too! She was so cute in her outfit from Kim & Tiff!

(Disclaimer--now I realize that it should say "Landon is 3" but I did this quite quickly and I don't feel like trying to figure out how to fix the grammar from the "Smilebox" site. Sorry! : ) Also, I realize that since I did this really quickly, I left out SOOOO many important people & friends in Landon's life. However, since I took SOOO many pictures, it would be impossible to go through all of the pics. We love all of our family and friends though!) : )

Our baby boy is THREE!

(Disclaimer--I meant to put the pics and the videos in one entry and apparently started a new entry without realizing it since I worked on this a bit last night and again throughout today. So, rather than redo everything--I'm just going to post the 2 posts!)

We had a wonderful day with Big L on his birthday! He was confused in the a.m. when I went up to get him out of bed and was singing "Happy Birthday!" He told me it wasn't his birthday and when I asked him how old he was he said "I DON'T KNOW!" I think having that b-day party early really threw him off! But, he quickly caught on to the special birthday treatment and embraced his b-day! He will now proudly tell you he is 3 while holding up 4 fingers! He knows to put that other finger down but somehow he just can't do it! It's really too sweet--I don't know how much I want to help him figure it out! : )

We went to the pool in the a.m. He likes to hand the cards to the workers and beep us in!

Presley was in a partying mood too!

Later, we went to the choo-choo train. Unfortunately, we drove all the way there to find out they were closed! NAUGHTY WORDS! I even checked their website before we left but it didn't say anything about them being closed. UGH. Oh well! Presley looked cute!

So, we went and got "ice cweam" instead! Landon chose the "Birthday Cake" flavored ice cream!

Landon got a new "screwdriver" (golf driver! He calls it a screwdriver which Aaron thinks is a better term b/c it is a driver and it does screw you!) and he is SOOOOO proud of it!

He also got a golf set up in the backyard!

This a.m., he wanted to go see his "golf flag" 1st thing! He was going to go out there naked but I forced him to put undies on, at least! We really "class up" our neighborhood, don't we?!

Cole's Party

We went to Cole's birthday party last Saturday! I even got to have my picture taken with Big L & Presley! Even more surprising is that everyone is even looking at the camera! Woo-hoo!

But she crashed quickly!

Landon raided the other toys in the garage. What he REALLY wanted to play with were Cole's dad's golf clubs but mean mommy said no!

He really loved this dog. The poor dog was too old & tired to run from the kids!

He even snuck in on a story that Cole's uncle was reading to Wyatt, Cole's brother.
