Tough Lessons

A few days ago, Landon got in trouble and Aaron told him what we decided the consequence would be--no fishing (his favorite thing to do).

Aaron: Landon, your consequence for speaking that way is no fishing for a week.
Landon: WHAT? NO FISHING? Why can't you pick something else?
Aaron: I'm sorry....why would you speak that way? Why do we have to give you consequences?
Landon: UGH!!!! Why does everyone always have to make so much sense?!!!!

This girl just cracks me up!  She watches EVERYTHING her brother does!  She even copies how he "poses" in pictures!  Love her!

Michigan 2013!!!!

We had an AWESOME trip to Michigan! We loved seeing everyone we could see and hope to see those who we couldn't see on our next visit! We started off our visit with a trip to the zoo with Golf Cart Grandpa and Grandma.

 

Fishing at Aunt Shelley's is the BEST!  These boys could fish ALL day!

Later, we went to Grand Haven to the beach! 

We went to Double JJ Ranch with Golf Cart Grandpa and Grandma!  SOOOOO fun!

We also went boating/tubing with Aunt Shelley and Uncle Buddy!

The beach again.....on a not so fabulous day.  : (  But, despite the weather, we had a VERY fun day!
