Preschool!!!

We went to meet the teacher last Thursday night!  We had to come right from baseball practice so that is why his face is bright red!

Presley decided that the chairs looked pretty cool and that they were fun to climb on...

SUCH a sweetheart!

On Tuesday, it was time for school to start!!!

This is his backpack...for now.  He REALLY wants a Star Wars backpack.  I've resisted so far (haven't seen any that are remotely cute) but I may have to get him one...

He was full of confidence walking into school!

Landon and Brody!

Landon is actually in Addison's class!  We are so excited! 

He received a great report from his teachers!  They said he was a "very sweet, good boy" and was "very polite!"  They have a traffic light system which starts on green, then proceeds to yellow for a warning and then to red.  He was VERY proud to report that he stayed on green!!!

Circo del Rey

Last weekend, we left Presley with a sitter and took Landon to Circo del Rey, a Christian based "Cirque de Soleil" performance with a bit of circus thrown in! We had a blast with Landon! Landon had a TON of questions about what was going on but hasn't quite mastered the art of whispering. : ( We've got to work on that! He was very funny with his comments though as he would yell out after a trick "NICE!" He did that several times....and a few times when a woman was performing, he yelled out "she's hott!"

About ready to go into the performance...this is his FAVORITE place to ride!

The clowns were awesome!

This rope climbing woman was AMAZING!!!!  I think Landon yelled out "NICE" about 15 times!!!

The juggler was amazing!  He even juggled 5 sticks that were on fire!

The tightrope act was amazing!  The performer even put a chair on the wire and then stood on it!  I was SO nervous!!!

At intermission, he decided he needed a Snow Cone!

Of course he had to talk us into buying him a new toy!  He REALLY wanted this "lightsaber!"

We were so happy to spend such a special night with Landon!

We had these pictures taken in Grand Rapids, Michigan by Bonnie Stewart. She was great with the kids and did a WONDERFUL job!!! Presley's outfits are special--the striped dress was a gift from Aunt Liz and her white & pink dress was a gift from Aunt Shelley and Uncle Buddy!
