Roller Skating!

Landon had a skating party today for twin girls in his Kindergarten class! It was his first time skating and he was SOOO excited to try it! It wasn't as easy as he thought so I had to get him a support base to use....but he had a lot of fun! (But my poor toes....even though he used that support I still helped him at first...YOWZA!)

Babies Turn Into Boys....

When do boys learn how to talk like this?

Landon: (to his friend earlier today) Dude! That was so awesome! Give me some knuckles, Bro!

Lunch Date!

We love going to Landon's school and having lunch with him!!  It is so much fun to see him in his school...he seems like such a big boy!!! 

The Brave One

On Saturday night, Aaron was gone to Cowboy Stadium to watch TCU vs. LCU. I was at the pool with the kids and got home to find a lizard (okay fine....it was a gecko.  But lizard sounds scarier and better so I'm sticking with lizard.....either way, it was CREEPY) in the bathroom. I *may* have freaked out a little but with Landon's help, I got the lizard out of the house. (IIIICCCCCKKKKKK). This was Landon's prayer at bedtime:
".........and Jesus, please help Mommy to stay calm if there is a lizard in our house and have her just call for me. Amen." He went on to explain that while lizards are gross to me, they aren't gross to boys. They don't bite or hurt you so really, there's no reason to freak out. #wordsofwisdom #sixyearsold
