Golf au naturel

Earlier today, Landon went out back to play golf. After about 2 minutes, I went to check on him and discovered that he had taken off all of his clothes! Playing golf naked is way more fun!

The Zoo!

Here we are ready for our day at the zoo. Clearly, Presley was very excited!

We actually got Landon to slow down for 3 seconds to take a picture! Obviously, he wasn't very patient when he got his suntan lotion on! Does it look a bit gloppy?!

Presley was not impressed with the elephants...

Landon had to feed the birds so Aunt Shelley & Quincy went in with him while Presley & I waited outside...

Somehow, Quincy convinced Landon to get his picture taken...

He wanted to give "da kangawoo a hug"

He HAD to ride the train...

Again, Presley was taking it all in...

Checking out the creepy things at the Herpetarium...NOT my favorite place!

Quincy was awesome & helped & played with Landon all week! She did the same at the zoo! Landon ADORES her!

Neither of them was afraid to touch the super creepy snake. Is this really my kid?

When we were eating lunch, there was a VERY manly looking woman at a table next to us eating by herself. Landon looked at me and said very loudly, "Is dat da daddy, mommy?" I tried to play it off but then he asked me again in an even louder voice. Let the embarrassing comments begin. (Sigh)

Presley - 1 week

Landon - 5 days (I think!)

They are more alike than I thought too! Presley came home from the hospital weighing 7 lbs 9 oz. and was already back to 8 lbs. 14 oz. today at her 2 week check up! (70%) She's catching up to Big L! She was 22 inches long also (90%)!

Pathetically cute...

Landon got a bad blister from golfing (go figure!) on his hand & realized that it hurt yoo much to golf. He was SO distraught & Aaron caught it all on video! He was so in conflict with himself that it just cracked me up!

Life beyond golf?

Landon's love of golf continues! He has been to the "goff course" (driving range!) for the past 5 out of 6 evenings! Of course, he did ask to go on the "off"evening too but I think that daddy needed a break! He came home 2 nights ago & this is what he showed me:

Yes, a golf glove--doesn't every 2 1/2 year old have one?! Landon actually does need one though since Aaron told me that he hit around 200 balls at the driving range the other night! He is very proud of his glove & doesn't understand why he can't wear it to bed or to eat dinner! The funny part is that he will spend the evening at the golf course & then come home & wants to putt or golf around here! Crazy kid!

A Visit With Grandma!

My mom was here to help when Presley was born! She was SUCH a big help & it was awesome to have her here. We miss her already : ( But, we are excited to have my in-laws come to visit in a few weeks!
