AMEN!!!!

Usually, Landon's prayers sound like this before dinner:

Deawr Jesus, thank you fowr dis day, thank you fowr our families and fowr Mommy, Daddy,and Pweswey....and fowr my fwiends. Thank you fowr God. Thank you fowr golf and baseball and for Luke Skywalker because he is my fwiend and thank you for Darth Vader. A-MEN!

For Aunt Mary!

This is a onesie outfit that Aunt Mary gave to Presley! Not only is it CUTE (love the moose tracks on the butt!) but of special importance are Presley's thighs that you can see so well! They are FINALLY filling out! She has recently discovered her LOVE of food....and she can PUT IT AWAY!!! YAY!!! I knew my DNA was in there somewhere.... : )

The party was at the zoo so they brought in a few animals to show the kids.  The first was a very creep snake....

Landon's favorite (mine too!) animal was the penguin....even if it was a bit smelly....

But food trumps ALL animals for Landon!

Mother's Day!

We had a wonderful Mother's Day last weekend with daddy home, beautiful weather, and a fabulous brunch! Mostly our 2 gifts from God made the day AMAZING!

This is one of Presley's favorite things to do--play with golf balls! I wonder if she'll share Landon's obsession? Is that even possible??!!!

Oh, and don't let her food you into thinking that maybe after the video stopped that she ate another pea. Didn't happen.

After the game, I was talking to my friend Jaime, Sam's mom, & wished her  a Happy Mother's Day. So when the boys said goodbye to one another, this was their conversation:
Big L: Bye Sam! Happy Mother's Day!
Sam: Bye! Happy Mother's Day to you too!!!

Landon & Collin

Landon has been playing with the neighbor's grandson whenever he is over. We've told them each other's names a lot but they always seem to forget and I often hear them call each other "dude" or "friend." Last weekend, when Collin came over to ask if Landon could play, he said to me "Can that little boy who lives here play?" Then, on Friday, when Landon saw a bunch of people over at Collin's grandma's house he said to me "What is my fwriend's name again, mommy? Can I go ask him if he wants to pwlay?"

Right after this picture Collin said, "Dude!  You were supposed to turn the skateboard around so they could see the awesome back of it!"

Then, Landon had an idea of how to ride the skateboard in the easiest possible way!!!

Paradise Pond!

This is a special post for Grandma D to look at your beautiful grandchildren as you recover from your heart surgery! 

There is a wonderful church  that has a HUGE play area that is open a few days a week! We went there with friends the other day and both kids had a blast!

This is Landon's happy place!  He LOVES to shoot baskets!

This is what she did--pulled the bow & elastic out of her hair!  Check, please!
