Aunt Liz came from Missouri to visit last weekend! We had a great time with her! Aaron made the mistake of telling Landon in advance that she was coming. BIG. MISTAKE. I don't EVER tell him things like that! My motto is wait until they show up and then say "SURPRISE!" Otherwise, I have an excited little boy who asks incessantly when "Aunt Liz" is going to get here. That is exactly what happened only he was calling for me at 5:30 a.m. to ask me if his "Aunt Liz was at our house." Then, he asked approximately every 20 minutes or so until 3:15 when she got here!

I am the mother of an ADORABLE little boy & BEAUTIFUL baby girl, the wife of a fantastic husband, and a misplaced "Michigander" living in Texas. Now, I'M the one with the accent. Hmmm...go figure. But, it's all good. I miss my life up North but now I've got my cowboy boots & I can say ya'll! If I add an extra syllable or two to every word, I sometimes sound like I fit in! I've got some really good friends in Texas too and really, life in Texas is good. : )
