L - Can I have a cooookie, mommy?
Me - Nope! You've had enough to eat this morning!
L - Well, okay....can I have a doggy?
Me - WHAT? A doggy? No, you have to be older to have a doggy! : )
L - Oh. Well... can I have a wace cawr? (race car) Dat would be incwedible! (his new word--he says it all of the time!)
I've got to hand it to the kid...he's persistent and then in retrospect, the cookie doesn't seem like such a big deal! The kid is good!!! Reach for the stars, Big L!!
