Gwanma's visit!

My mom just came for a visit and we had a great time! The only problem was that I wasn't very good about taking pictures! UGH....but, here are a few that I did remember to take!

Right after Gwanma arrived, we walked around Southlake Town Center where Landon tried to climb into the fountain and broke a necklace in the store. That is why I don't shop with him!

One day, a cold front came in and I had the fabulous idea of going back to Fossil Rim since it was so fun. Yeah, there is a reason why I am not a travel planner. Apparently, the animals don't like to move when it is cold outside so most of the animals wouldn't even approach the car; they just laid in the grass and watched us go by. Not. So. Exciting. Never fear--the fabulous giraffes will make sure we have a good time, right? Um, well....when it is less than 52 degrees, they won't let the giraffes out of the pen. Seriously???? The day was a bust...but we did get a couple of animals to approach the car....
It looks like he took a nap in the car but don't be fooled--the boy did NOT fall asleep at all. I remembered his blanket, his lion, and his paci....but still not even 5 minutes of sleep. Sigh.
Landon LOVED reading books with Gwanma. I think Gwanma kind of liked it too. : )
We also went to "ICE" but minus Big L. More pics to come on that later!

Here are Landon and Gwanma at the airport today. Landon wanted to put his sunglasses on too! : )

Thanks for the visit, Gwanma! We miss you!

Landon always greets me at Ms. Kathy's with, "Hewhoo, where's my Mommy?" It reminds me of the little bird from the book.... I also love that he is twice as tall as Dylan. If only Dylan can talk him into being his bodyguard:)

I have a feeling we are going to get a lot of requests for Landon to be a bodyguard! : )
